Temporary fix: Energy drinks can give you temporary bursts of energy. They may contain caffeine, b vitamins, sugar and other stimulating agents like ginseng. However, they are not a permanent solution. You should see your doc or a sleep specialist to figure out the cause of the insomnia. If you are under stress, try meditation, yoga, massage ; listening to relaxing music.

Sleep: Think about addressing the main problem you identified...Sleep. Avoid substances that impact sleep, like alcohol, caffeine (energy drinks). To address insomnia look up healthy sleep habits. Create a consistent wake time and avoid naps. Go to bed only when you are tired. If you can't fall asleep within 20 mins, get out of bed until you're tired again.
