Have a really hard time falling asleep and staying asleep through the night. much easier during the day & sleep aids give me restless legs. any advice?

No one answer: There are always suggestions for getting faster and better sleep, but no one therapy or answer fits everyone. It may depend on your eating habits, exercise, meds, supplements, heredity, etc. If this becomes a major problem, consult your dr. (may need a sleep study.).

Insomnia: Insomnia can be frustrating. Good sleep hygiene can help. Avoid alcohol, large meals, caffeine, nicotine, ; electronics use before bedtime. Keep a sleep diary highlighting when you woke up ; went to sleep. Also, wake up ; fall asleep at the same time everyday. It is recommended you see a sleep medicine specialist to help treat your insomnia ; to note if it is related to other med. Issues.
