Insomnia: Insomnia can be frustrating. Good sleep hygiene can help. Avoid alcohol, large meals, caffeine, nicotine, ; electronics use before bedtime. Keep a sleep diary highlighting when you woke up ; went to sleep. Also, wake up ; fall asleep at the same time everyday. It is recommended you see a sleep medicine specialist to help treat your insomnia ; to note if it is related to other med. Issues.
