Insomnia: Inability to fall asleep is called insomnia but not able to maintain sleep could have other causes. Obstructive sleep apnea. Leg movement disorder or poor sleep hygiene . So you see sleep specialist. No caffeine related product after 2 pm. No chocolate after 2 pm. No exercise late evening. Drink some milk 1 hr before sleep. See if it helps.
