Probably not: Most likely it is just a benign "white spot." however, without seeing it, it is impossible to say for sure. Best to have your dentist or doctor take a look at it.

Probably not. But if has been there for 2 full weeks or longer, if you smoke (anything), if you abuse alcohol, if it is longer than 6 months since your last Dental examination, please seek examination now.
