Tricky.: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. scalloping with discoloration would indeed be a presentation of precancerous / cancerous changes. These are RARE in young people. ANd, dental problems iwth chronic biting/irritation of the tongue MUCH more common. cannot say in your particular case, but generally,
