Sorry, "spot" is not enough information. Need exact location, size, shape, color, duration, painful or painless, etc. This is best determined by examination. See our Dentist. if you have been going for regular examinations, your Dentist would have previously examined you for oral cancer. See a General Dentist or a specialist Oral Surgeon for evaluation and appropriate observation or treatment.
