I have a spot underneath my tongue and in the back, could it be cancer?

Not answerable: You should see a doctor for examination of the "spots" and if needed, a biopsy for examination by a pathologist.

Sorry, "spot" is not enough information. Need exact location, size, shape, color, duration, painful or painless, etc. This is best determined by examination. See our Dentist. if you have been going for regular examinations, your Dentist would have previously examined you for oral cancer. See a General Dentist or a specialist Oral Surgeon for evaluation and appropriate observation or treatment.
