I have a pale pink yellow spot on side of tongue. when i apply pressure it goes away! can this be a hemangioma or oral cancer?!?

Can't tell: Can't tell without an examination. There are literally scores of lesions that match your very sketchy description. Please see your General Dentist or an Oral Surgeon for an evaluation. Hemangioma is unlikely.

Suspicious Spot: I would advise you to have the pale pink yellow spot on side of tongue examined by a dentist or dental specialist (e.g. oral surgeon, OFP). Any suspicious spot that does not resolve itself in 2-3 weeks should be evaluated.
