Exercise and diet: Since your exams are over- you should have time for an exercise program. Even if it is briskly walking, please start somewhere. Also drinking lots of water- (cold water is good) does help immensely. And decrease your intake- try eating plain rice cakes (which are pretty bland) but the bulk will "trick" your system into "feeling full".
