My son, 33, works out,w/covid-19,gyms are closed so purchased at home weights,
seems to always be injured now,shoulder, back,minor strains,now armpit hurting him, should i worry something serious,no swelling or lumps, hurts only w certain movements?

Workouts.: Actually, would encourage him to take a break from the home weights to allow these areas to recover. The number of injuries he has suggest that he might not be properly trained in use of his new weights. Even though you might not want to have a personal trainer in the home, there are sites on line which can show him how to use the weights correctly
