Carbohydrate: The body would rather burn simple and complex sugars rather than fats as a fuel source. If you eat a lot of mangoes and sweet potatoes, your body will not enter into a state of ketosis (fat burning). You might consider reducing the amount of carbohydrates you intake if you want to burn fat.
