Appendectomy 6 days ago. er says i have pleurisy now. just got home. what is treatment? is it dangerous? didn't give me any meds. all tests normal

Mgt: The inflammation of the lining of the lung called the pleura is common after surgery. If there is any associated fever, shortness of breath, cough, please follow up. A virtual appt is also available online.
