Any new or unexplained abomdinal pain needs to be professionally evaluated. Biliary colic is one of many possible causes, but unlikely at your age. See a doctor if it persists; and do it imediately if you're having fever or diarrhea, or if you have black/tarry stools or see any blood. Good luck.
