Be careful: You do not want it to worsen. Watch processed carbs and sugar, limit alcohol. Consider methionine 500-1000 mg daily, Alpha lipoic acid 100-300 mg daily, and nac 600 mg twice daily. Choline from egg yolks is beneficial. Get organic eggs. If cannot eat eggs, consider phoschol 1/4-3/4 tsp daily.
