Nope: Flagyl treats infections but not tooth infections. The best antibiotic for tooth infections are penicillin or Amoxicillin as we as Clindamycin for those allergic to penicillin.

Flagyl: It is unwise to use any antibiotic for purposes other than those for which the medication was originally prescribed. Go to the dentist.
