Have a infection in my tooth was prescribed amoxcillin on fri 3 days ago not working been given metronidazole today really worried about taking them ?

Keep taking them: Please keep taking the amoxicillin and metronidazole as prescribed by your doctor for the entire course. Sometimes it takes a few days to start to feel better. However, if you think your tooth infection is worsening (versus just being slow to respond to treatment), you need to call your doctor right away to be seen. Good luck.
