Whole foods: Concentrate on lean meats and fresh vegetables. These are more filling foods that are healthier and lower in calories. Learn to shop on the periphery of the store and not down the isles where most of the processed, fast food is located. The ideal workout is any activity that gets your heart rate up for 30 min, whether it be walking, biking, swimming, etc. Being consistent with this is what works.
