A balanced diet.: Probably the best way to lose weight is to eat a balanced diet with a controlled amount of food daily. That is, not too much extra food, and the food eaten being choice, like fruits, vegetables, and good meat(s)/protein sources, and whole grain breads/cereals for fiber. Exercise, in addition to this will cap off a complete, healthy effort to lose weight.
