You need to eat!: Not eating much can actually make you gain weight as it slows your metabolism over time. 3 healthy meals with lean proteins, fruits, and raw vegetables are the mainstays of a healthy diet.Or you can try 5-6 much smaller meals, or snacks of the same kind of foods during the day.You do need to add in some exercise preferably at least 3 days of at least 30 min of cardio, toning with weights helps too
