I had a ovary cyst so they did another ultrasound to see if it grew and its gone but i have multiple small bilateral ovarian follicles with no cystic?

Routine GYN exams: Ovarian cysts tend to come and go as do follicle. These are normal; however, you should check with your gyn again in 2-3 months. Otherwise, these conditions , as you stated, appear to be normal.

Normal: Follicles are a normal finding in the ovaries of a reproductive age female. Cysts are also common and usually resolve like yours did.
