I am 46 near to menopause my ultrasound of pelvis says that uterus is a bit bulky and endometrial thickness is 0.9cm on 10th day what does that mean?

Depends...: If you are still having periods, a 9 mm endometrial thickness is in the normal range. However, if you are not yet menopausal, this is equivocal but your endometrium may thin out over time. The uterus being bulky is not really specific - i would ask your doctor what that means. Maybe your uterus is "more robust" looking than expected for your age but i'm not sure without seeing the whole report.
