Normal: Ovaries contain follicles. One of them becomes the dominant follicle and grows into an egg that is being released (monthly or so). If you take Clomid (clomiphene) or other medications to help you get pregnant (shots; superovulation) more follicles mature at the same time and you have an increased risk for multiple pregnancies. Your lining is thin. Are you trying to get pregnant? It sounds normal. (prenatal!).
