PCOS: It says that the right ovary is polycystic. Does not tell anything about left ovary. Please discuss the findings with your doctor who has complete medical information about you and can give the best advice.

May be normal: Multiple follicles if small are seen normally in ovaries of premenopausal women/ women of childbearing age. Depending on the size, they may be normal.
