Pulsatile Tinnitus: No, pulsatile tinnitus does not cause dizziness. But, the cause of the tinnitus may be associated with dizziness, that is, what causes one may contribute to the other. You should see an ENT and get to the bottom of your symptoms. They suggest increased pressure inside your head or turbulent blood flow in a large vessel. Both possibilities require tests, such an mri/mra and carotid artery doppler.
