Dizziness with neck: Motion is not to be taken lightly. While muscle tightness or spasm can be in play there are more serious things like vertebrabasilar artery issues and carotid insufficiency. See your pcpmor A neurologist. Dizziness and altered sensorium shoos not be left alone

No. Be seen: No, typically tight muscles in the neck typically would not directly cause dizziness or lightheadedness. I would not hesitate to be seen for further workup.
