Ear pain, pressure: All of your symptoms taken together suggests TMJ dysfunction. This is commonly caused by bruxism (chronic teeth grinding and/or clenching), which is very often a stress-related habit. Make an appointment with your dentist for diagnosis and treatment. You should also consult with your medical doctor or an ENT specialist to rule out an ear infection.

TMJ: Likely a TMJ problem. Complex. See an oral surgeon to confirm the diagnosis. If confirmed. See TMJ exprt.
