See below: You appear to have atrophy of the r hand muscles (thenar area). Why? Don't know. Get checked by your doc soon. There are a lot of possible causes.

Cubital Tunnel Syn: Most likely the muscle atrophy is caused by ulnar nerve entapment at the elbow but could come from the neck or even the brain but unlikely. Do you have numbness in the ring and little fingers? See a hand surgeon or a neurologist. This needs to be evaluated.
