Left arm aching for two months. pain in different areas (fingers, hand, palm, forearm and elbow). doesnt occur in more than one area simultaneously. mild. comes and goes. fingers include index, thumb, ring. not left-handed. possible causes? tests?

May be nerve entrapment/ impingement (being compressed) at neck level or thoracic outlet ( near collarbone) or may be due to vascular compression at neck/ collarbone bone or chest lesion. May also be due to condition like autoimmune disease , vitamin deficiency ( B12) , or multiple sclerosis . Would follow up with MD for complete evaluation including Chest x-ray , possible MRIs. blood work.
