Er: If you are not able to contact the neurosurgeon to be seen immediately, and you been diagnosed with an abnormality within your spinal canal, and now you are noticing a sudden and distinct worsening in your neurological symptoms, I would go to the Er to be seen immediately. Preferably to the Er of the hospital that your specialist has privileges at.
