Unclear: There are so many things that i don't know about your condition: where it's occurring, how long it's been going on, any associated symptoms, etc. The fact that the biopsy shows "nothing" is concerning. Make sure the biopsy is done by a dermatologist and that it is sent to a lab specializing in dermatology.
