Brain atrophy: The description is consistant with diffuse brain atrophy, which can be just asymptomatic aging, but can be associated with dementias, chronic alcohol, multiple sclerosis, and a variety of degenerative neuronal causes. Do you have issues with memory, focus, concentration, have you experienced repetitive head injuries, is there a family history of cognitive losses? Ask neurologist the diagnosis.

CT scan: These sound like age related changes in the brain. As we get older the brain gets smaller so these findings described here are not uncommon. If you are 25 years old you have problems, if you are 70 years then this is the result of aging.
