Not feasible to properly address your confusing question, as need to understand size of tumor, presence of mass effect, and what is meant by rupture. (Was this a highly vascular tumor, or a glioblastoma?). Personally, just based on vague description, would avoid weight lifting totally. Pain may be consistent with increased intracranial pressure. Neurosurgeon should be closely involved.
