I had a ct scan showing cortical and cerebellar atrophy with prominent sulci. a few months later, i had a ct & mri and it came back normal. thoughts?

Your age says 28, so: I doubt that you have brain atrophy. The radiologist for your first exam may have a low threshold for calling brain "atrophy" since it's so common in the elderly, but your age would need to be taken into account when making a report like that. Since the second report came back "normal", I would tend to agree with that one. If you have other concerns consider an HT Concierge visit.
