A member asked:

I was having some off balance problems. had ct of top of head no contrast. not of cerebellum. ct scan was clear. should i get one of cerebellum?

Not neccessarily: A Head CT usually shows your cerebellum also. Your sinus problems may be the source of the balance issues. A Head MRI shows the cerebellum in more detail but it's unlikely your Head CT missed something major in your cerebellum. Your Head CT can also be repeated with contrast.
