Rest & take it easy: Renal embolization is a minimally invasive effective treatment for renal angiomyolipoma in a setting of acute management of bleeding & prophylaxis of high-risk large AML. Patient can experience flank pain & nausea after the procedure which is usually well controlled with pain & anti nausea meds. Pain tends to decrease significantly over 24-48 hrs. Flu like symptoms can be present for up to 7 days
