A member asked:

Can i take creatine as a sports supplement if i have two bilateral renal angiomyolipomas of 4-6 mm?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably: If you have normal kidney function I can't see why 2 tiny AML's would make a difference. However, I would not spend money on creatine. If anything it does give a temporary boost to abilities during a workout but that does not translate into muscle growth. It is like caffeine stimulates your brain, only for muscle. It ends up in the toilet the same day as you pee it out.
