Right kidney ultrasound shows 25x21 mm size angiomyolipoma. is it considered large? what should be done about it. currently there are no symptoms.

Angiolipoma: 22 mm is 2 cm which is moderate size. angiolipomas are benign so would just monitor especially since there are not symptoms and surgery is not without risk . http://www.dermnetnz.org/topics/angiolipoma/
