A member asked:

What is a common differential diagnosis for a questionable small angiomyolipoma found on renal doppler ultrasound?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

That may scare you: The common lesions in kidneys are cysts and kidney cancers all of which begin as small densities and then it is a matter of checking them for any changes or further growth. Stay calm and follow your doctor's instructions and get followup ultrasound in 6 months(if you a re very much worried) or in one year which i think is adequate.
