Talk to urologist: Angiomyolipoma are benign tumors that have blood vessels in them that can burst and cause life threatening bleeding. The risk of this happening increases in ones that have a visible abnormal blood vessel (aneurysm) or are larger than 5 cm and these features may be a reason ton remove one preventatively. Other reasons to remove could be if one is decreasing kidney function or growing very fast.
