who can i talk to if i have a fear of the dentists?

Dr. Earl Sandroff
43 years experience Dentistry
Dentist or counselor: If you have a fear do dentists...Try talking to a few and see if any of them makes you comfortable. They can give you a relaxer medicine before your appt to ease your anxiety, or some can put you to sleep to be worked on. Be careful of that way and make sure the doctor is certified. If this whole idea doesn't appeal to you...Then go see a counselor who may work with you to ease your fears.
