Suicide: If you are planning suicide please get help now. You can go to an er immediately. There is help for your fearful feelings and lack of confidence. If you decide to live, your best help will come by working with a psychologist on your specific fears. Yes, this will mean talking with that psychologist -- it's part of your therapy. If medications are needed, a psychiatrist will help too.
