Yes, or psychologist: Irrational fears are often best treated by cognitive behavioral therapy. Medication is usually not involved (but might be rarely). This has been a specialty for a long time and it is often handled successfully. Ask foe a referral or look up cbt psychologists in your area. Ask questions and try until you find one you trust.
