Anxiety: An absessed tooth is a serious problem. You must see a dentist as soon as possible. But, first go to a qualified doctor who is trained to treat phobias. Fear of going to the dentist is a popular phobia.

Call your dentist: Talk to your dentist before your appt. Tell him/ her about your anxiety. Ask if he could prescribe something to help you relax. That not only helps you, but also the dr. No dr. Finds it easy to work on an over anxious patient.
