Tramadol: Tramadol is generally a 50 milligram dose taken every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Tramadol won't fix the tooth, so go see your dentist.

Useless: Narcotic and anti-inflammatory drugs mask the symptoms--they don't address the problem. The recommended "dosage" is to see your dentist. Teeth "hurt" because of root canal infection or abscess from cavity, gum infection, fracture of the tooth, a disrupted bite, or bony cyst/infection. Make an appointment and do it fast. Any pain that lasts more than three days needs professional care.
