It is important to seek medical attention as soon as possible to prevent further damage and alleviate the pain. Delaying needed dental care complicates treatment. Tramadol and gabapentin can be taken together but caution should be exercised due to the potential for increased sedation and respiratory depression.

Both drugs are dangerous and act as nerve depressants. You can become addicted and too many side effects are present Don't take any of these together unless you consult with your PCP. Go to an emergency clinic or borrow money, don't live on dangerous medications.

Taking pills will not solve your problem, only mask your symptoms as the situation worsens. Your choices are extraction/replacement or root canal treatment/restoraation. Contact Social Services or a University Dental School for reduced fee treatment, but do not put off getting treatment.

The only way to resolve your issue is to have the tooth extracted. All the medication in the world will not help at some point. Find a way to get treated.
