Do not mix: The warnings specifically state to not drink alcohol. There may be residual medication in your system when you drink, resulting in impairment. Set priorities, get to a dentist. Pain will get worse and treatment more extensive (meaning expensive) the longer you wait.

Not recommended: In general, combining Tramadol with alcohol is not recommended and may results in serious and even life-treating side effects and death..
