Yes: There are restorative means to treat spaces and misshapen or small teeth. Conservative quality porcelain work can be done to get stunning, beautiful results. The restorative dentist must have advanced training in occlusion and reconstruction, and must approve you as a candidate.

Veneers and Implants: Sure, cosmetic dentistry can improve your smile with porcelain veneers, and missing teeth can be permanently replaced with dental implants and bridges. See your dentist for recommendations.

Snap on smile: Treating a situation like you describe might be solved with an appliance called a snap on smile. Go to the internet and check it out. I have done many of them in my office with great success. It isn't hard to do...The cost is not too bad but it isn't real cheap. But..The device will last for some time and you can even extend the warranty if you wish. See if the snap on will help.

Consult first: All my colleagues gave you great answers. Step #1 is to see a dentist (or even a few) for a consultation. After having a complete and thorough dental examination and a full series of x-rays, your dentist(s) can discuss what restorative options are available and best for your specific circumstances. Then you can decide which one fits your needs and budget.

Yes: Surgical solution is to reshape or replace ugly or missing teeth by doing restorations, implants, caps, etc. Usually more expensive than braces, and has to be redone as restorations wear out. Why not talk to both your restorative dentist and the orthodontist he recommends to find out all of the facts as they pertain to your problem, then make an informed decision.

Absolutely: I'm an orthodontist, but i would be first in line to say by working with prosthodontists, oral surgeons, periodontists, gp's, etc, you can have implants, veneers, crowns or bridges, full mouth rehabilitation in fact. Orthodontics is great for lots of things, but not all! good luck!
