Evaluation: Yes, you can get braces even if 6 teeth are missing. TADs, Temporary Anchorage Devices, can be placed to provide anchorage. If the 1st Orthodontist took records, get them from his/her office and take them for a 2nd opinion. Make sure you are seeing a fully qualified Orthodontic Specialist as opposed to an "OrthoDentist" who does some tooth movement in between the cleanings, caps, and fillings.
