What are some problems arising from scoliosis and sacral torsion sprain?

Never heard of a : Sacral torsion sprain as. A diagnosis in my profession. For most, there is no problem with scoliosis if we are talking about the type that begins as a young teen unless it is a curve over 50 degrees which then should have surgery as it will most likely get worse and then can lead to cardiopulmonary issues and even back pain.
