Can a hard fall on the sacrum cause misalignment of the spine? (scoliosis?) after my fall, i developed scoliosis.

Doubt that alone: There may have more that happened during the fall. If the two are related then there had to be spinal injury. It could have occurred for natural or genetic reasons. Your physician can clarify.
