Teething pain: Frozen teething rings help numb the sore gums. Infant tylenol (acetaminophen) dosed according to infant's weight can also relieve discomfort. Topical baby orajel or similar benzocaine-containing products are advised against due to possibility of reducing oxygen in the bloodstream (methemoglobinemia).

See Below: A porper dose of acetominophen.And sucking on something cold , such as a cold washcloth often helps.Numbing medicine may have rare side effects and should be avoided.
